Candidates for Member of the IAP Financial Review Committee

NOMINATION OF ONE CANDIDATE FOR ELECTION AS A MEMBER OF THE FINANCIAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

During its Northern Spring Meeting in Macao, SAR, People’s Republic of China on 18 – 19 April 2024, the Executive Committee agreed to nominate Michael Leitner, IAP Executive Committee member, Austria as the candidate for a vacancy on the Financial Review Committee.

The Financial Review Committee, including its Chair, shall consist of at least four members representing either the Executive Committee, the Senate or the members of the Association. They shall be nominated by the Executive Committee and elected by the General Meeting and shall serve for a term of three years.

The current members of the Financial Review Committee are:

Jean-Francois Thony, Chair of the Financial Review Committee and IAP Senator, France
Kathleen Roussel, Former Director of Public Prosecutions and Deputy Attorney General, Canada
Runar Torgersen, IAP Senator, Norway
Christopher Toth, IAP Senator, USA (stepping down in September 2024).
