Who Can Apply?
Individual membership may be granted to a prosecutor.
A prosecutor is:

Any lawyer appointed by or on behalf of the state or other public authority to prosecute criminal offences.

Any lawyer who has been elected for that purpose.

As well as lawyers who have been regularly retained by a prosecutor appointed or elected to conduct or assist in the conduct of criminal prosecutions.

The definition extends to Examining Magistrates.
Organisational membership may be granted to:

Prosecution services
-
Associations of prosecutors
-
Crime prevention agencies

Regional and other groupings of prosecutors
