GPEN is a global network that improves international cooperation among cybercrime prosecutors. Jointly organised training courses and the exchange of best practices save a great deal of energy. We can help each other develop good legislation on cybercrime. I hope GPEN serves as a key incentive to contact, assist and learn from one another.
