Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms has been pre-reserved at The Westin Chosun Hotel, Busan, Korea at favorable rates throughout the conference period 5 - 8 April 2017. To guarantee the special rate, reservations must be made through the Conference Unit, as part of general registration.

Hotel Booking Deadline

April is a very busy month in Busan, due to massive tourist and conference activities. Thus, participants are strongly recommended to prepare for an early booking of accommodation to avoid disappointment. The deadline for hotel room reservations is 10 March 2017. After this date the Conference Unit cannot guarantee any rooms.

Room Categories and Rates

Please note: The hotels holds a certain block of rooms for this event, which will be allocated on a "first-come first-served" basisi. Participants are therefore strongly recommended to make their reservations as soon as possible.

• Executive Beach KRW 314,600 (approx 256 EUR)
• Executive Suite KRW 847,000 (approx 690 EUR)

For an accompanying person, only KRW 10,000 will be added for breakfast.
