This webinar will explore what Artificial Intelligence (AI) is and its growing relevance to human trafficking.  It will examine how perpetrators misuse AI tools and how law enforcement leverages AI to enhance investigations and victim identification. A review of free, publicly available tools that practitioners can use to support their work, including facial recognition, will also be discussed. The session will conclude with a consideration of key ethical and legal issues surrounding AI use.
