New MOU between the IAP/Network of Military Prosecutors and the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War

The IAP/Network of Military Prosecutors has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War (ISMLLW ) with a view to furthering cooperation between the two organisations in areas of mutual interest and concern, namely military law and international criminal law. The MOU was signed by IAP Secretary-General, Mr. Han Moraal, and the President of the ISMLLW, Dr. Wolff Heintschel von Heinegg, at a ceremony at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy on 18 June 2019 in connection with the ISMLLW XIII Seminar for Legal Advisors of the Armed Forces.
