Announcement from the Canadian Military Prosecution Service

The Canadian Military Prosecution Service will lead off the Supreme Court of Canada 2019 docket on Monday 14 January 2019 with an application to stay the execution of the Beaudry decision in September 2018 from the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada.
