Registration Information

Registration for participation in the 5th IAP North American and Caribbean Conference is open for official representatives of IAP Organisational Members and Individual Members preferably from the countries within the region, as well as for some special invited guests.

Non IAP Members are welcome to participation subject to availability, on the basis that they are expected to join the IAP upon attendance. Thus non-members shall also fulfil the criteria for membership.

Limitation of participation

The number of participants is limited to 250. Hence, registrations are accepted in accordance with the "first-come, first-served" principles. 

Please note: the host reserves the right to limit the number of participants from countries that are over-represented to ensure an equal balance in the regional representation.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 300 EUR for participants and 100 EUR for Accompanying Persons. The fee does not inlcude international and arrival transportation nor accommodation, which needs to be settled upon departure directly with hotel.

Registration entitlements

The conference fee entitles participants to the following:

  • All official documentation including the conference programme and proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks related to the official conference programme
  • Lunches served as part of the official programme
  • Welcome Reception (Tuesday 16 October 2018)
  • Conference Dinner (Wednesday 17 October 2018)
  • Farewell Reception (Thursday 18 October 2018)
  • Any transfers related to the social programme
  • List of participants

The conference fee entitles accompanying persons to the following:

  • Welcome Reception (Tuesday 16 October 2018)
  • Conference Dinner (Wednesday 17 October 2018)
  • Farewell Reception (Thursday 18 October 2018)
  • Any transfers related to the social programme

Cancellation terms

Cancellations received on or before 17 August 2018: 100 % of the registration fee will be refunded except from 5 % covering administration expenses.

 

Cancellations received on or before 14 September 2018:

 

50 % of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received hereafter: We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 7 days before the conference provided that full details are submitted to the conference venue.
