Registration Information

Registration for participation in the 7^th IAP Regional Conference for Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia is open for official representatives of the IAP organisational members, IAP individual members preferably from the countries of the region, as well as for some special invited guests and observers

• Maximum number of participants – 190 persons
• Number of representatives from each country – up to 3 persons
• Registration fee – 250 euro

Please note: The host however reserves the right to limit the number of delegates from countries that are over-represented to ensure an equal balance in the regional representation. 

Payment of the registration fee is made upon arrival at the hotel in Sochi by cash or by credit cards.

Registration procedure

Please download the Registration Form on the website of the Conference, complete it in electronic form and return it to the Secretarial of the IAP 2015 Conference (iapsochi2015@genproc.gov.ru).

Within several days after receipt of the completed Registration Form the Secretarial of the IAP 2015 Conference will send you information on the results of processing of the submitted Form for participation in the Conference to the email address which you indicate in the Registration Form and the information on procedure of booking and payment for hotel accommodation in Sochi and, if needed, in Moscow.
